ROBERT N. FARINACCI is a licensed, practicing attorney whose office is located in Madison Village, Ohio.  Attorney Farinacci maintains a diverse practice with a diverse client base.  “Although I frequently have cases throughout the State of Ohio, I’m fond of saying that I practice in the rural counties of Ohio.  Its easier to find parking.”

Mr. Farinacci just commemorated his 25^th Anniversary of being an attorney.  “It’s hard to believe that that much time has passed since standing in the Ohio Theater in Columbus and taking the oath administered by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.  Its not hard to believe that I still love my job as much as ever.”

Mr. Farinacci maintains a busy criminal docket with cases ranging from misdemeanor matters to high level felony offenses.  Whether you’re finding yourself charged with a criminal offense for the first time or whether you are a frequent flier, understanding and managing your anxiety can be as important as navigating the process.  Each client is different, and each circumstance is in some way unique.  It is with this in mind that Mr. Farinacci approaches his cases and interacts with his clients.  Since most cases settle before trial, it’s important to have a skilled and knowledgeable negotiator advocating on your behalf.  For those that should or must go to trial, you’ll have an experienced litigator to champion your case.

About twenty to twenty-five percent of his practice is devoted to Equine Law.  For those uncertain about what that is, take any practice area of law and throw a horse into it and that’s when you need attorney Farinacci.  He is currently working on a series of videos entitled The Equine Lawyer.  Be sure to watch for the launch of this exciting new project.

Mr. Farinacci represents a number of small to medium size businesses in Northeastern Ohio.  As a former businessman and entrepreneur, Mr. Farinacci has a keen understanding of the issues and challenges facing management and owners and prides himself on not just telling clients what they can’t do but assisting them in a lawful path in accomplishing what they need to do or where they want to go.

His practice includes divorce and dissolutions and juvenile cases, particularly where custody is at issue.  He also serves many area residents in the creation of their Last Will & Testament and other important documents assisting them in the later years.
